We grow organic grains, for Distillers, Brewers, & Bakers.

Organic Rye

We grow rye specifically for use with distilleries, breweries, and millers. Varieties we grow vary from year to year.

The grain is planted in the Fall, and harvested the following summer.

Storage is in 2,000 lb bulk bags. We sell by the bulk bag.

Located in Cecil County, on Maryland's Eastern Shore, Wallin Organic Farm offers produce at Farmers' Markets, and through Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) subscriptions.
